Startlogic Hosting

Although Startlogic is listed by many reviews (read "affiliates") as a great host, complaints about their technical service, or lack thereof, have caused us to withdraw our recommendation of this host.  To be fair, every host has customers that complain, some justifiably and others unfairly.  However, in the case of Startlogic our own recent attempts to contact them by telephone and "live" chat ended without success because of discouragingly long wait times, which lent credence to the complaints leveled against them.  A list of complaints leveled against them can be found at http://www.startlogicsucks.com/index.html
